Shipping Methods

We take great pride in our shipping and have perfect rates to date. We do everything we can to ensure your package arrives safely, and we double box items to maximize protection and to make gifting easy. However, our products are made from porcelain and it is a fragile material. If your package arrives damaged, please notify us immediately and keep the packing materials. We will replace all broken items at no cost to you. info@foransuon.com

In general, we ship via USPS Priority Service which arrives 1-3 days after leaving our hands. We try to get things out as soon as we can— for items in stock, we can turn around your order for shipment within two days. We offer several shipping options at checkout, including free shipping with a 7-14 day arrival. We also provide Priority USPS 3-5 day arrival service, or our Expedited 2-3 Day Priority guaranteed arrival. We can also arrange to ship through a carrier of your choice such as Fed Ex or UPS for additional/ at cost, just send us an email at info@foransuon to make arrangements.

Easy Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your ForanSuon experience. If your purchase fails to meet your expectations, we will gladly accept returns of your ForanSuon purchases up to 30 days from the time of purchase, subject to the following terms & conditions: Product must be in salable condition and in its original packaging. Any defective items will be replaced with same and/or equivalent item(s) within three months of purchase.  Exchanges are not accepted unless discussed and approved by ForanSuon.  Damaged product caused by usage and/or product broken either accidentally or during use will not be returned or replaced.

 When making returns through the mail, please also note the following: If you are sending a product back, you must contact Customer Care at info@foransuon.com for return authorization and shipping instructions.

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping returns to ForanSuon. Returns must be well packed; we recommend using the original packing material or comparable material and insuring the return.  A refund will only be issued to its original method of payment, inclusive of all discounts, under the condition that ForanSuon receives the original item in top condition, without damage.
